The costA cold audience is asked to shop before anyone's given a reason to pick FDN. None of the roughly 26 active ads lead to one clear next step.
02 · The website
Nine places to go, and none of them is the program

The costConfused traffic and lost conversions. Every extra choice is a place to leave before anyone reaches the $11,497 program.
03 · Follow-up
No one texts you back fast
Four named Program Advisors take the calls, but nothing on the site says how fast any of them actually reach out after someone books or opts in.
